A few weeks ago, I received an email from Madame Samm of Sew We Quilt . This is a blog I read daily (except for Sundays ;-) ). I love this blog! Well her email stated that one of the coin quilts I submitted was chosen to be on the May banner. What?! She asked that I submit the story behind the quilt, which you can read on the Sew We Quilt blog tomorrow. But here is a picture of the quilt that made the cut. I kind of feel famous..... even if it is only for a month!
Thanks Samm!

ReplyDeleteOman! My daughter and her husband lived there for many years and returned to Canada about 5 years ago. They were teachers at an international school in Muscat. It is a lovely country. We enjoyed visiting with them there. BTW I love the colours in your quilt. The fabric line you used is a favorite of mine. Congratulations on being chosen for the banner.
